The Workshop Manager can manage vehicle servicing or auxiliary engine maintenance from our intuitive integrated software. A simple traffic light system allows the office to easily identify vehicles requiring attention as well provide proactive fault alerts from the driver to the office.

  • The iFace in vehicle screen allows an organisation to customise a drivers pre-trip checklist to their requirements and the driver completes a simple on screen checklist and eliminates paperwork. Any detected faults are emailed to the office to schedule the repair at the earliest convenience.
  • The pre-trip history can be produced roadside and is time and location geo-stamped.
  • These proactive maintenance management features reduce future maintenance costs, increase compliance and provide peace of mind.
